Playa Caracol is located on Chame Beach and is a newly developed area with ongoing expansion of its properties and amenities. The community offers 1 kilometer of beach, along with approximately 130 degrees of beachfront, lawn, and palm-tree views.

Guest Access
Upon arrival, enter through the main security gate. The security team will have been informed of your arrival. Please provide identification, and security will issue a white access card for entry to The Residences parking area.
- Keep left on the main road.
- Turn left at the entrance to The Residences.
- Use the access card to raise the barrier.
- Drive up to the traffic circle.
- Park only in the designated spaces provided.
Other Things to Note
Playa Caracol is a new development, and construction may take place at various times throughout the site. Construction noise may occur.
Panama may experience water and electricity outages, and there is no backup generator on site.
For monthly rentals, electricity usage will be charged separately in addition to the agreed rental fee.
Panama is known for potholes, uneven roads, and dirt roads. Please drive slowly and carefully.

Excellent! We went for 2 nights and everything was spotless! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, beach towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, excellent! The apartment is very well located, steps from the beach and in front of the pool. Highly recommended!
