You will have access to both units within the residential complex. The property also offers more than 40 amenities, which can be viewed in detail on the platform.

The complex features a beautiful shared pool surrounded by a lush garden, along with a service shower and bathroom. It is an ideal place to cool off and relax beneath the Caribbean sun.

For added security, the common areas are monitored by CCTV, and 24-hour security guards are on duty.

Important Considerations

• The complex does not have an elevator, so stairs are required to reach the penthouses.
• Laundry service is available for an additional fee of $30 MXN per kilogram, plus $100 MXN for delivery.
• The underground parking area has a maximum vehicle height of 2.20 meters.
• If your vehicle does not fit, nearby alternatives include:
  • Metered parking from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for $12 MXN per hour
  • Public parking lots for approximately $200 MXN per day or $15 MXN per hour
