Casa Cerro Verde

Casa Cerro Verde is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom mountain villa with two cabinas, accommodating 6–16 guests. Set in Costa Rica’s coffee country, the property offers sweeping views of the Central Valley and features a heated infinity pool with a hydro-massage bench.

Enjoy sunset patios, a yoga deck, a fireplace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and gated parking. A private chef is available upon request.

The villa is approximately 25 minutes from SJO and provides convenient access to Poás Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, and local coffee farms.

The Space

Relax on the patio with locally grown coffee or soak in the heated infinity pool while taking in the twinkling lights of the Central Valley. The pool includes a hydro-massage bench and Baja shelf loungers, creating space to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the cool mountain air.

Casa Cerro Verde is approximately 45 minutes to one hour from downtown San José, depending on traffic. It is located along the route to Poás Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, and coffee plantation tours, including the new Starbucks sustainable coffee farm. The closest beaches are approximately 75 minutes away.

Main House

The main house includes four bedrooms:

• Two bedrooms with one queen bed each
• One bedroom with one queen bed, one double bed, and one trundle single bed
• One bedroom with twin bunk beds

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower. An additional half bathroom is located off the living room.

Cabinas

Two independent studio apartments are located just outside the front door. Each cabina includes:

• One queen bed
• One full bathroom

One cabina has a front sitting area with views of the twinkling lights below. The other includes an additional double bed and trundle single bed for extra sleeping capacity.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The heated infinity pool overlooks the Central Valley and includes:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including:

A short driveway leads to the gated entrance. Self check-in is available at any hour using a lockbox. Gate and door codes, along with directions, are provided before arrival. Parking is available inside the gate.
