This bright 90 m² apartment is situated on a single floor and includes two bedrooms along with a private terrace that overlooks the internal garden. It is fully furnished for a comfortable vacation stay and offers access to a shared swimming pool and solarium within the garden area. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with a mall conveniently located along the route.

Located in Muna Tamarindo, guests enjoy proximity to some of the city’s finest beaches while having a well-equipped retreat to return to.

Cleaning and Services

• A cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning.
• Additional cleaning during your visit is available for an extra charge and subject to availability; please notify in advance to arrange.
• For stays of seven days or longer, a complimentary additional cleaning is provided.
• Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Important Notes About the Area

• Water shortages and power outages are relatively common in Tamarindo. While the building does not have a generator, water reserves are maintained and guests are asked to use water responsibly.
• The location is in a developing neighborhood, so some construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Despite this, the surroundings remain generally quiet and peaceful.
• Insects are a natural part of Costa Rica’s ecosystem and do not indicate uncleanliness. Guests are encouraged to treat them with respect and avoid harming them. Food left exposed may attract insects due to the jungle environment.
