The Space

This bright, 90-square-meter apartment is arranged on one floor and features two bedrooms and a private terrace overlooking the shared internal garden. It is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation stay, with access to a swimming pool and solarium in the communal garden.

The condominium includes seven apartments available for tourist rental. This apartment is located on the ground floor, although a few steps are required to reach the entrance.

Location

The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with a shopping mall conveniently located along the route.

Muna Tamarindo is ideal for guests who want to stay close to the city’s best beaches while enjoying a well-equipped place to return to after a day out.

Cleaning and Towel Services

The cleaning fee covers cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning during your visit is available for an extra charge and is subject to availability. Please request this service in advance so it can be arranged.

For stays of seven days or longer, one additional courtesy cleaning is provided.

Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Important Information

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. The building does not have an electric generator, but water reserves are available. Please use them responsibly.
• The property is located in a developing area, so construction noise may occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The surrounding environment remains quiet and peaceful.
• In Costa Rica, insects are a natural part of the ecosystem and are not an indication of uncleanliness. Please treat them respectfully and avoid killing them. Leaving food uncovered may attract insects, as the jungle environment naturally encourages their presence on the property.
