Welcome to Casa Familia

Bring the whole family to this beautiful beach house, which offers plenty of room for everyone. Casa Familia is located in West Bay Beach, just a three-minute walk from the beach beside the Henry Morgan Hotel, with direct beach access nearby.

This four-bedroom, four-bathroom property includes:

• A three-bedroom, three-bathroom main house
• A one-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor apartment
• Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas
• A private pool
• A covered palapa
• A large screened-in porch

The Space

Casa Familia is a classic Caribbean beach house located on a quiet street that ends at a convenient West Bay Beach access point. The beach is an easy three- to five-minute walk away. A golf cart is also available for added convenience.

The main house includes:

• Three well-sized bedrooms
• A large kitchen and family room
• Three bathrooms
• A spacious, wraparound, screened-in covered porch
• Indoor and outdoor dining tables

The ground-floor apartment features:

• One bedroom
• One kitchen
• One bathroom
• A separate entrance

The main house and apartment are part of the same structure but have separate entrances. The property offers approximately 3,000 square feet under the roof.

The main house underwent a major renovation in December 2024.

Outdoor Areas

The backyard includes:

• A large private pool
• A covered palapa
• A sun deck
• More than 1,000 square feet of outdoor deck space
• Seating for at least 12 people

Air Conditioning and Entertainment

All bedrooms and common areas have individual air-conditioning units. There are seven units in total, replaced in 2021 and 2022.

Cable television, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi are provided throughout the house.

Kitchen and Supplies

The well-equipped kitchen includes most of the dishes, small appliances, and flatware guests would expect. Seasonings and supplies other than water in the coolers are not provided.

Guests have access to:

• High-quality linens
• Bath towels
• Beach towels
• Beach chairs and loungers
• Coolers stored in the hall closet

Golf Cart

A golf cart is available on-site for an additional fee:

• Four-seater: $15 per day or $75 per week
• Six-seater: $20 per day or $100 per week

The golf cart may only be used within the local community and cannot be driven on the main road. It is intended for trips to the beach and back.

Please inquire about availability when booking. Payment is made at the property. The golf cart is not included in the rental, and a replacement may not be available if it is not working. Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs while the cart is in their possession.

Guest Access

Guests have access to:

• The entire main house
• The ground-floor apartment
• The laundry room
• The pool
• The palapa
• The pool deck

Casa Familia also provides easy access to central West Bay Beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

Local Discounts and Beach Access

Casa Familia guests receive special discounts at Gula restaurant, located beside the Henry Morgan Hotel. Gula offers Italian food and a selection of wine at reasonable prices. Reservations and discount arrangements can be made through the property manager. Discounts are also available for the restaurant’s daily beach club pass.

Guests may also use complimentary beach chairs at Beachers Restaurant with a food or drink purchase. A small charge applies from Tuesday through Thursday.

Activities

If you are interested in activities, please let us know. We are happy to help arrange diving, catamaran tours, and other island excursions. Several dive shops are within easy walking distance.

Parking

There is ample parking at Casa Familia. If you have a car, please park it at the property rather than driving to the beach, as there is no public parking available there.
