• Primary bedroom: King bed, premium linens, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom with luxury bath essentials.
• Second bedroom: King bed and two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Includes a full ensuite bathroom with high-end finishes and provided toiletries.
• Third bedroom: King bed, blackout curtains, a small private patio, and a private ensuite bathroom.

The condo is located in a desirable residential neighborhood with enhanced privacy and security. Access is protected by double-gated entry, including a secured property entrance and a locked building entrance.

Nubia may be present during your stay. She cares for the four units and takes pride in preparing each space with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every unit is clean, thoughtfully arranged, and welcoming.

Pedro lives on-site and provides building support, including general maintenance and assistance with day-to-day needs.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock. A digital access code will be sent before arrival.

Luggage drop-off is available by advance request. The property is located in a secure, gated residential neighborhood.

Parking

Two dedicated parking spaces are available:

• One off-street car parking space at the property
• One golf cart parking space with charging for 4-passenger electric carts only

Gas-powered golf carts, ATVs, and motorcycles must use the large lower parking area. Street parking is also available.

House Rules

• No animals: The homeowners association enforces a strict no-animals policy. Any animal on the premises incurs a fee of $100 USD per day. Pets cannot be accommodated.
• Check-in: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in and luggage drop-off are available by advance request only. An homeowners association form is required; the link is sent with the welcome email.
• Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp. Late check-out without approval incurs additional fees.
• Maximum occupancy: The maximum capacity is 8 guests. Each additional guest incurs a fee of $50 USD per day.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Quiet hours: Music must be turned off by 10:00 PM. Please keep noise respectful, as this is a residential neighborhood with families.
• Rooftop pool: Glass is not permitted in the rooftop pool area.
• Homeowners association violations: Fines resulting from smoking, glass, noise, or parking violations will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Community respect: Please be friendly with neighbors and follow all posted homeowners association signage. This community thrives when residents and guests care for it.
