From the pool and terrace, guests can watch boats return to the marina as the sun sets.
The first floor also offers a roof-covered outdoor terrace with a six-person jacuzzi and teak dining table. With its own private entrance, this level provides additional privacy for families, couples, or friends while maintaining access to shared spaces upstairs.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. To protect the property and maintain quality and safety standards, only chefs employed by the company are authorized to work in the kitchen. Outside chefs and catering staff may not use the facilities.
For a private dining experience, an in-house chef can be arranged for an additional cost.
If any beach towels, pool towels, or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned at checkout, a replacement fee of $20 USD per item will apply.

This place is nothing short of a dream! It has everything you could want - perfect layout, kind staff, great pool, easy access to everything and amazing views from evey angle! From the water to the jungle, Quepos town to the mountains. The daily Macaws, squirrel monkeys, and several toucans added such a magical touch to this house. Every spot on the huge deck served a purpose for us as well. I'd sit on the lounge chairs in the morning with coffee, then move to the sectional couch once it started getting sunnier, then pool time! In the afternoons we’d sit on the sofa swing watching the rain and then eat at the outdoor table; truly perfect. But what truly made or experiene top notch was Luis and the whole team. Yadier cooked us many absolutely delicious meals and the daily cleaning fom the maids took away all the stess. We’ve never visited somewhere twice because we love to explore new areas but this place will have us coming back over and over again! Pura Vida!!

Family of 9. Our entire stay was amazing. Luis, our concierge, went above and beyond and was helpful with our late check in (after midnight) and his extra instructions to find the house were perfect. We ordered groceries for the night we checked in which was very helpful but a little pricey so I recommend you only order necessities. Highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the hill to the property as the road is commonly wet from rain. The included maid service was very professional with flexible arrival times. Unfortunately you cannot opt out of this service. There are other workers that come to the house but they are polite when working around you. The house and pool were clean and had amenities that ranged from a rice cooker to pool floaties. We saw many beautiful birds and even white face monkeys in the early morning. The town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio were easy to get around and the locals are friendly. Quick access to Maxi Palí (Walmart), shops, and the beach.

Casa Mono Montaña was exactly as pictured- paradise! It was perfect for my husband, two young children, and my in-laws with bedrooms and balconies on two floors. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating at the large table on the patio with extraordinary views. Daily housekeeping included laundry which was a huge bonus. Excellent location with access to the beach with chairs/umbrellas. The concierge service was responsive and extremely helpful (thanks, Luis!). I can’t recommend highly enough and would love to return.

This home is definitely the place to be in Costa Rica! It has it all. You will feel on top of the world with the mountain, ocean and all the wildlife, yet still close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Casa Mono Montaña is absolutely outstanding. The pictures don’t even do it justice in terms of just how breathtaking this spot is. Our family was so comfortable and the house had everything you could ever possibly need. The location is wonderful putting you right into all the fun of the area in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Lots of wonderful restaurants in a short drive and beaches. You definitely a good vehicle to get up that hill, and while we didn’t use the many of the services offered through the house, it was great to know those were available. The daily cleaning included was so wonderful too.
