The Space
This is far more than a typical weekend house. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, from the air-conditioned rooms and expansive terraces to the high-end appliances, fast Wi-Fi, large-screen televisions, and game room.
The fourth room is a television studio with large sofas that can be converted into beds. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.
Pet Policy
One dog is welcome per stay, provided the dog is friendly and non-aggressive toward the staff.
- Pet fee: USD 60 per booking
- Refundable security deposit: USD 400 when bringing a dog
- The deposit will be returned through Airbnb after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
- Cats and other feline pets are not permitted.

Additional Information
Housemaids are available for 100,000 pesos per day. One maid is provided for groups of fewer than five guests, and two maids are provided for larger groups. They will clean, cook, and assist with the barbecue or anything else you may need during your stay.
Laundry services are available for an additional fee.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

A 5 star experience! We traveled with 14 adults and 1 baby, and the space was perfect for us, since the house is huge and excellently equipped. Everything was spotless, from the common areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms (which stand out). It is the ideal place for a vacation where you can stay and enjoy yourself without having to go out, since the facilities offer everything you need for fun and relaxation. The service was exceptional, and the host's kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Lujuca is truly one of the best homes I have ever rented in Colombia. The level of service provided by Andrés, John, Sandra, and Fabiola was exceptional—they made my family and me feel completely at home throughout our stay. The house was impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was perfect from morning through the evening. Excellent place with everything you need to spend days with the family, very well equipped, excellent pool, and everything in optimal condition.
