The Space

Escape to The Residences at Hacienda Encantada, an elegant resort located just 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Set along the Cabo Corridor, this villa offers sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, with the iconic Land’s End visible in the distance.

The bright, open living area features colorful décor, comfortable seating, and large sliding glass doors leading to a private terrace overlooking the ocean. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dedicated dining area completes the space.

• Bedroom 2: Two queen-size beds, private bathroom, and ample closet space

The luxurious bathrooms include a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and elegant fixtures. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the villa.

Interaction With Guests

Someone will meet you for check-in. Please provide your approximate arrival time, and complete instructions will be shared before your arrival.

You will have complete privacy during your stay, but assistance is available seven days a week. If you need anything, simply send us a message.

Things to Know

• A $260 incidental fee will be charged at the front desk during check-in.
• A copy of a state identification card or driver’s license will be requested upon booking.
• Travelers must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• Pool access is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• An environmental tax of $4.40 USD per night will be charged at the front desk.
• No smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is permitted inside the home.
• Recreational drug use anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $300 penalty.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Illegal activity is prohibited.
• Excessive noise is not tolerated, particularly after 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Renters are responsible for charges related to damage caused during their stay and any necessary additional cleaning.
• Renters must provide government-issued identification on the day of check-in and may be asked to show identification during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Pets are not allowed.

The photos represent the unit type you will receive. Several units share the same layout, with slight variations in décor. The amenities, bed configurations, and room sizes are the same.
