Everything was excellent, the place was super cozy, like home, and it had all the amenities you could imagine. Check-in was easy and service was prompt; the place is very quiet, and the neighbors are nice. Recommended for a carefree stay, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach.

Nice location, close to restaurants, great security. Bed mattresses are very firm, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time, pool area's do not have any lounge chairs to layout on, decking was very hot and not comfortable to lay on. Liked the fact that a washer and dryer are included with the unit, we stayed for a month, overall we enjoyed our stay. Maria went out of her way to purchase a bed topper that made the bed so much more comfortable to sleep in, thank you very much Maria...

Loved staying at this place! The location is ideal, everything is easily done on foot! Great in every way! Clean pool and the area was super clean! We would have liked to have a balcony to enjoy the outdoors in the morning but the small "ranch" corner with the sofas further away allowed it! Thank you Maria for your hospitality

Quiet place and very friendly host. Always available when I wrote to him. The place was clean and there were towels, utensils and other items to make the stay easier. My little daughters loved the pools. Recommended :)

Maria is a super attentive and willing host, the apartment is great and has an important differentiator, you can enter very early and leave very late, which allows you to enjoy the day of arrival and departure to the fullest, that gives you an extra day of accommodation for the same money. Of course I'd come back.
