The upstairs bedrooms are reached via the open floating staircase. There is no parking at the building, but paid street parking is available nearby.

Important Details

• The upper level is accessible only by an open staircase and has no elevator access, so it may not be suitable for guests who cannot use stairs.

• There is no parking at the building; only paid street parking is available nearby.
• Security cameras monitor the building lobby and the area outside the apartment door. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
• A noise decibel monitor outside the apartment door measures sound levels only.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors; smoking is permitted on the balconies.
