Utility Deposit and Charges

A separate utility deposit is required at the time of booking. Because of the unique challenges of island living, utilities are charged separately according to the number of occupants, length of stay, and actual consumption.

Meter readings are taken before and after checkout so that guests are billed only for the utilities used. Any difference will be refunded or billed after the stay.

Groundskeeper

A dedicated groundskeeper and caretaker maintains the water supply, house, pool, lush grounds, and flower beds. Assistance is available during your stay if needed.
