Our stay was simply exceptional. Alejandro was an amazing host: friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the first moment. All the staff who work on the property deserve special recognition. They are very respectful, warm and helpful people. Every morning they welcomed us promptly with a delicious breakfast and were ready to help us prepare all the meals, always with a smile and an extraordinary service attitude. The place is a true paradise: beautiful, quiet and perfectly maintained, ideal for resting, disconnecting and enjoying nature. Every detail is designed to give guests an unforgettable experience. We definitely recommend this place 100%. We are leaving with wonderful memories and looking forward to returning. Thank you, Alejandro, and all your team, for such genuine hospitality!

We really enjoyed the house! Alejandro and his team are really super organized. They are 100% attentive and are always available and helpful! The place is divine, perfect for an experience in Río Dulce and very well located! I highly recommend it!

This place was exactly as described, a beautiful paradise! We were a group of 12 and felt the place was large enough to accommodate our large group. We spent a lot of evenings watching the sunset on the deck. The staff are kind and wonderfully helpful. We enjoyed hearing the monkeys every day and definitely glad we brought insect repellent. Thank goodness for the air conditioned bedrooms bc the heat can be exhausting. The excursions we took were really fun and highly recommend! We hope to return one day.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this property and there is no other word than SPECTACULAR 👌 Everything exceeds expectations: the service, the care, the support. We will come back many more times! Alejandro makes the stay a real experience, and the attention from Neto's family makes you feel like you're in a 5 🌟 hotel. It's the perfect place!

10/10 highly recommend ... we had a great time. House was as described to perfection. Plenty of space for a large group, house was clean and the family the lives there was so kind and helpful making our meals, helping the kids with water activities and always asking if we needed anything. This place is jungle in the back and river front so lots of insects of all kinds ... we were expecting it so it wasn't too bad just wanted to make a note. Very relaxing time for everyone from teenagers, to adults, to grandparents.

Starting off with Don Neto and his Family! Amazing Fyamily that welcomes you like Family! This was our second stay here and definitely not our last. The house is very private, clean, and welcoming! AC in the rooms run GREAT! Which is very important in this area of Guatemala. Morning breakfast are amazing! If you need a diner speak with the family before hand for options and timing. Everything is so easy going and worry free! Try their coconut bolis it’s a perfect snack! Want to go to Playa Blanca get with Don Neto before hand and ask for pricing. Don Neto and his son Axel can take you around the areas just confirm with them and ask for prices. Over all amazing stay, great views (sunsets), great place cannot wait for our next stay here!

It's a spectacular house, everything is amazing, the service is top-notch, the facilities are impeccable, and the staff is super helpful and attentive.

As its name suggests, it's a paradise!!! Totally recommended to discover Tom's paradise! This is the second time my family and I have visited, and it is a destination that you absolutely must visit. Please hire the boat and captain service they offer and go see one of the wonders of the world, the Río Dulce.
