Included Staff Services
- One staff member dedicated to preparing meals, assisting guests, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the property from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- One staff member responsible for guest assistance, various services, pool and beach cleaning, and setting up hammocks and chairs
Food is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing groceries. It is recommended to shop in the town of Tolú before arrival, where supermarkets include Éxito, D1, Ara, and Olímpica.

- The maximum occupancy is 12 people, including children over 2 years old.
- Music is not permitted after midnight.
- Music volume must remain moderate at all times.
- Pets are not allowed.
Guest Registration
As a tourist accommodation, we are required by Colombia’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism to register all guests through SIRE and TRA. A link will be sent to you to complete the required guest information. Entry authorization will be provided once registration is complete.

The place is spectacular for relaxing. It's paradise. The sea, which is beautiful in this area, is just a few steps away. The manager, Aracely, is very attentive and always willing to help with whatever is needed, and the two people who take care of the cleaning and the kitchen are excellent. They cook delicious food and keep the place very clean. I definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. Mrs. Aracelly was always attentive and willing to help with requests. It's a quiet, cozy place. 100% recommended. The people who provide the cooking service are very friendly, and their meals are delicious. We would choose them again.

Absolutely everything about this stay was very good. The house, the rooms, and the facilities are in perfect condition. Everything stays clean, and you feel at home! The location is the best, right on the oceanfront, in a quiet place with a lot of peace. The managers were always available to assist us and recommend things. The ladies in the kitchen cooked delicious food, and you don't have to worry about a thing! All the details together definitely make the stay very special. It is also important to mention that a few steps from the cabin there is a store with groceries, toiletries, and liquor at very good prices. Thank you very much, everyone, for everything! The only bad thing is having to leave🫣🤪🏖️⛱️

Cozy and quiet place, just as described. The service staff were very attentive and provided support at all times. Aracely, no comments, just excellent. The kitchen lady and her cleaning assistant are great. The facilities are adequate. I would improve the air conditioning in the room facing the beach and in the living room. The pool is for cooling off, not for swimming.

We had a great stay. The beach is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was always timely and very friendly. In addition, the accommodation includes cleaning and cooking staff, who took great care of us, prepared delicious meals and kept the house impeccable throughout the stay. The maintenance staff was also very friendly and always willing to help. There is a store and a restaurant very close by, which is very convenient. The house is in very good condition and is very comfortable. As the only suggestion for improvement, I would add some kitchen utensils and improve the internet speed for streaming. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, and they sent a technician to fix the problem immediately. In the end, they ended up installing a new air conditioner the next day. Excellent communication and customer service.
