I would mainly say that the service provided by the host is the best part! He is very attentive, friendly, and is always ready to help with what you might need! *They gave us the courtesy of extending the hours AT NO EXTRA COST*, which allowed us to better enjoy their facilities and activities! ✨ My family and I had a great time 🫰

Alejandro was an excellent host: friendly, attentive and always willing to help and resolve any situation during our stay. However, I think it's important for future guests to know that the house is not in the condition shown in the published photos. The premises are quite deteriorated and require extensive maintenance. In addition, the cleaning upon our arrival was poor; we even had to do an initial cleaning, and the next day, Alejandro sent staff again to do a second cleaning. I appreciate your willingness to address the issue, but I believe that these types of situations should not arise when receiving a property. In my opinion, the actual condition of the house does not justify the price currently charged.

Staying at this place is highly recommended. Alejandro was 100% helpful, both through messages, responding to them every time he was busy, and in person. The cleanliness of the house as well as the amenities shown in the photos, 10 points, really. There was a lot of flexibility from Alejandro, both at check-in and check-out, and we were able to enjoy a little more than what was arranged. The house is in a very accessible location for many places that can be visited. We'll be back again soon!!!

You just need to fix the floor of your pool, because a friend of mine cut himself very, very badly on the stairs. Be careful with that part. Invest in fixing up that apartment. Apart from that, I would have liked you to tell me the price for the extra people I invited (beyond the 12 people) before one hour before checking in. It's 300 extra and that's it. Everything was clean and nice and easy to use. I would come back, now that the pool is fixed.

Excellent place, the residential complex is very safe, and very private. The house is super spacious, the pool is huge, and the temperature is excellent. The privacy inside the house is also a plus. The house has super easy access and everything is very close in case of any emergency shopping, such as Oxxo, which is 200 meters away. My family loved the place and they want to come back next year.

The place is nice And another thing, I solved the problem that I didn't do, because I never saw the speaker that I suppose was there on the living room furniture. Check the important things carefully before giving the keys.
