The kitchen is an open-concept, full-size space fitted with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils, allowing you to cook while enjoying the ocean panorama. The living area features multiple sofas and seating options along with a large HD television for your relaxation.

Important Information
Electricity costs in Nicaragua are high. The rental price includes 35 kWh of electricity per day. If usage exceeds this amount, an additional charge of USD 0.50 per kWh will apply. To help keep costs manageable, please turn off air conditioning and other electrical devices when not in use.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign an agreement acknowledging responsibility for any electricity overages and potential damages.

creo que nesecita mucho mantenimiento,lastimosamente El A/C del cuarto principal nunca funciono durante mi estadia,la cafetera sucia y filtro roto,no wifi disponible por largos lapsos de tiempo,los orificios de las regaderas tapados ( estuvimos fuera de 6:00am a 5:30 pm del dia Sabado otorgandole permiso para que llegaran a reparar El A/C y nadie llego en ese tiempo,y luego como a las 6:20 pm del Sabado que nos estabamos bañando y cambiando para salir a cenar ,,querian llegar a reparar El aire lo cual me parecio incomodo permitir que entraran ya que se estaban bañando ,nos toco que dormir en los mumbles de la sala ,,me parece que pudimos encontrar un lugar mucho mejor y de mejor calidad por la cantidad que pague.

This is a great location with beautiful views in the apartment and at the pool. The host is very responsive to any issues that we had and communicated very well. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook for your family and friends. I would recommend this property to my friends.

Such a beautiful place! The views were absolutely stunning and the space was clean and comfortable. Waking up to this scenery was a dream. Would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking view! Definitely recommend a 4x4 to get there although our car made it. Place is lovely though, really a great stay! Massive in size also!

Muy lindo apartamento, cómodo y limpio. una vista espectacular y muy buena atenciónpor parte de Denise. El área común del edificio, piscina y parilla es muy acogedor. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar en éste apartamento.

Agradecidos con la hospitalidad de todo el staff. Tuvimos una experiencia súper agradable y muy cómoda. Toda la casa en orden, las habitaciones y cocina impecables y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Definitivamente regresaremos. :)
