Casa Guanacaste (EC-3) is a newly built home completed in 2018, located within a private community at Hacienda Iguana. The house is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from a nearly one-mile stretch of white sand beach, featuring the renowned Playa Colorado and Panga Drops surf breaks.
The property offers luxury beachfront accommodation and access to a variety of activities in one of Nicaragua’s most picturesque areas. It is situated in an Eco-Casita community within Hacienda Iguana.

Le logement était parfait !!! Un des meilleurs airbnb que nous avons loué en Amérique centrale!! Et que dire du service impeccable de Jhezlia , la gérante de l emplacement. Communication excellente et très dévoué au confort des clients !! Je recommande à 110%

A ecocasita#3 é muito confortável, espaçosa e com tudo que é necessário para uma ótima estadia. E o atendimento de Randy e da Jhezelia foi excelente. O lugar é incrível. Gostei muito de tudo. Havia todos os utensílios domésticos necessários. Aprovada

Great place to stay, close to everything you need.. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable!! Extremely helpful with letting me check-in early and checkout late. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at the eco-casita was very nice. It has a nice pool right behind and the salty koala has good food and drinks. Randy was very responsive and put me in contact with Jhezlia the property manager who was absolutely incredible. She arranged transportation for us and was very responsive. We had a few minor issues, such as no propane but after messaging her they showed up in just a few minutes to change it out. It is a very friendly neighborhood and not far from the beach, maybe 15min walk. Only recommendation would be more than 1 towel per person or a place to do laundry or at minimum a clothesline. Other than that everything was great! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The gated community felt very safe and we enjoyed surfing, the beautiful beach, the pool, great restaurants nearby and cruising with the bikes that were available too!
