Just 200 meters from the house they find one of the main piers of Lake Calima, within the subdivision.

It has hot water, a pool table, a jacuzzi, a charcoal and gas grill games area, a fireplace, a playground for children, micro-soccer field.

The hot water in the jacuzzi is optional with a cost of $60,000 for every 10 hours.

Kitchen service is $70,000 per day.

The space CLEANING PROCESS

We have trained our staff for enhanced hygiene services approved by the OMS and the CDC for the hospitality industry.

Thinking of your safety and peace of mind before you arrive and during your stay we closely follow this 6 step technical and maintenance services :

1. Water disinfection

We maintain the concentration of chlorine disinfectant in pools or jacuzzi within the limits recommended according to international norms and standards, we do it at the upper limits of the range. If the guests requires us to modify it to a lower limit we can do it.

Potable water is provided with brand new gallons of water every day.

1. Dishwashing and laundry equipment

The proper functioning of the dishwashing and laundry equipment is checked every day and in particular the operating temperatures as well as the correct dosage of cleaning and disinfecting chemicals. We use the highest possible temperature for water (Above 70 degrees Celsius).

1. Air-conditioning

We give close attention to monitoring the condition of filters and maintaining the proper replacement rate of indoor air. We apply disinfectant to all air conditioning filters before guests arrive and every 3 days during their stay.

We also mantain proper functioning of ventilation, air exchange, and dehumidification equipment inside the property.

1. Dispensers

Regular checks are carried out to ensure the proper functioning of soap and disinfectant solution dispensers, hand dryers, disposable tissue dispensers, and other similar devices.

The Airbnb includes 2 new disinfectant gels.

1. Cleaning and disinfection

We have enhanced hygiene services and our cleaning staff has being trained on use of Protective Equipment and Hand Hygiene immediately after removing the Protective Equipment, and when cleaning and disinfection work is completed.

What areas are covered in our cleaning process?

Common Areas:

A special consideration has been be given to the application of cleaning and disinfection measures in common areas (restrooms, halls, corridors, bbq area etc.) as a general preventive measure in the properties common areas as inside the Airbnb in areas such as bedroom, living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and studio.

Objects:

We have given special attention to objects that are frequently touched such as handles, walls, elevator buttons, handrails, switches, doorknobs, etc.

Bedrooms & Studio:

Textiles, linens, and clothes are placed in special, marked laundry bags and handled carefully to prevent raising dust.

All textile, linens and clothes are washed in hot cycles (70oC or more) with the usual detergents.

Disposable items such as (hand towels, gloves, masks, tissues) are placed in a container with a lid and disposed of accordingly.

All rooms and common areas are ventilated more than 5 times per day.

We do offer optional housekeeping programmes:

It is possible for guests to voluntarily forego housekeeping services in the service of maximizing health and safety of Airbnb’s staff and guests alike.

1. Disinfectant Products:

Bleach

We use a regular household disinfectant solution containing 0.1% sodium hypochlorite (that is, equivalent to 1000 ppm).

Surfaces are rinsed with clean water after 10 minutes contact time for chlorine to work.

Alcohol:

When use of bleach is not suitable, e.g. telephone, remote control equipment, door handlings, buttons in the elevator, etc. then alcohol at 70% is used.

WE DO NOT USE MOPS OR USED CLEANING EQUIPMENT

When pertinent, we disinfect properly non-porous cleaning materials with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution or according to manufacturer’s instructions before using for other rooms.

1. Splash of Odorant

We ask our guest before he arrives if he wants us to apply a splash of Vanilla or other delicious extract to eliminate the bleach and alcohol odor after the cleaning process has being finished.

We have fully approached the Bureau Veritas Hospitality cleaning guidance for the hospitality industry which is approved by the WHO & the CDC.
