Everything was great! Awesome place to stay. Lots of space!

We had the best time staying at the Mara . Three weeks and it felt like home . Dan and Mariana were very fast to respond to our requests . The cleaning staff did a great job . This location is excellent . Its close to a beautiful beach and very close to many restaurants and bars .

Loved this airbnb. The perfect location if you want to be walkable to 5th Avenue and Centro, but want the privacy, safety, and walkability of Playacar. Beautiful interior and a stunning roof deck and pool. Definitely strongly recommend.

Dan was very responsive and let us check in early for a last minute booking. Place was great. Very peaceful and private.

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious and located in a beautiful area. The host was extremely friendly and always proactive & responsive. I want to highlight that the apartment was super clean, spotless! Also loved that water supply was provided, which we didn’t see in any other apartment before, big plus!

Our family really enjoyed Dan & Mariana’s place. Great location to explore Playa del Carmen! It’s located in a quieter (gated community) area away from the immediate crowds of main streets, but very walkable to town, shops, restaurants, etc.. Kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of space for our family and the rooftop pool was great! Dan and Mariana were responsive and provided us with local recommendations. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful condo in a great location. We were 3 couples and this place exceeded our expectations. We were all very comfortable as there was plenty space for all of us. The modern design was beautiful and the place was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the rooftop pool on a daily basis. We walked to grocery stores, the beach, restaurants and always felt safe. The communication with the property manger (Dan) was excellent. We highly recommend this condo for your trip to the Playa del Carmen area.

This condo was perfect. It’s in Playacar which is a secure gated community. It was great to walk around with my kids and only 5 minutes from the start of 5th ave. It has its own parking spot in the garage if you have a rental and getting in and out of security was a breeze with the wrist bands they provided. The condo it’s was beautifully decorated. Clean and modern but welcoming and warm. It had so much space so we never felt crowded. It had everything we needed so we cooked dinner and breakfast a few times which was helpful when we were tired of exploring and wanted to relax at the condo. The rooftop pool was perfect for my family. It had great views and felt private. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone considering traveling to Playa del Carmen.

Friends and Family Our family of 4 stayed with friends for a total of 6. The space was great, spacious, clean, good location. We typically like to stay somewhere with a view - but this was our first time in Playa Del Carmen. The area of Playacar was safe, clean and walkable. The view from the rooftop pool is beautiful but a large building is being built in front which is unfortunate. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. 5th Avenue is about 10 minutes. If your looking for more of resort feel this is not the place but if you want something more private this space is amazing! We had a wonderful time filled with many wonderful memories! Thank you for allowing us to share your space!
