San Pedro was beautiful and Clive‘s place was in the perfect location, as it was very walkable to the beach as well as restaurants. I am a solo female traveler, and I always felt safe. It was really a pleasure to meet Clive and Wil. They were so kind and welcoming.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à San Pedro. Le fait d être au bout de la rue permet d avoir un logement calme. Il y a un rooftop très agréable. Le logement est cozy.

Clive and Wil were wonderful- kind, respectful, and very helpful! We felt very safe and the house was nice and clean. Close to many restaurants, shops, and main docks. The AC is in one of the bedrooms, so it is hard to get the house to cool down and whoever sleeps in the smaller bed runs a little hotter, and the beds were clean, but not very comfortable. The doors were a little warped so they stuck in the floor and made a lot of noise, making it hard to move around the house if anyone was sleeping. All in all it was a great visit and I would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Clive was wonderful! He was there to greet us upon arrival, and was super helpful with local recommendations. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including filtered water. He is a genuine and kind person and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were fairly satisfied with our stay at Clive's place. The real name on the outside was something different (Lighthouse Christian radio ministry) which would have made it a little easier to find had it been disclosed. The address on airbnb didn't match so it was a bit of a further distance than we thought; about 15-20 minute walk from San pedro express ferry port but Clive did advise us to take a taxi prior to checkin. The apartment was small but cozy, the only air conditioning was in the master bedroom so it took a while to cool the place down after checkin. Location was good, in the north side of town, close enough to walk to most bars and restaurants, and the lobsterfest square grounds. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low, and not the warmest, but honestly it was so hot I preferred cold showers. Wilfred was there to greet us and check us in. The host and Wilfred are both very responsive and give good advice on the surrounding area and activities. Good stay overall.

Great place to stay in San Pedro and a couple of minutes from our dive shop! Clive and his team are very helpful and responsive. The AC is only in one bedroom which was slightly inconvenient for our group and we had water leak through the door during a gusty storm, but the location is super convenient and we would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed with Clive and the location is very quiet for being so close to everything. Clive is a kind man and a great host. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Clive’s. Everything is as described and more - very clean, quiet and close to everything you need including the sea. Clive was very helpful, proactive and graciously accommodated a late check out. I highly recommend his place. Thank you, Clive Samson
