This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The property includes a large Palapa Grande, a spacious kitchen with a Viking range, dishwasher, reverse-osmosis drinking water system, and ice maker.

The Space

Casa Margarita is a unique waterfront home located on the quiet side of Bahia San Carlos. It sits in a private, safe, and secure location close to:

• Both marinas
• Restaurants and cantinas
• Grocery stores
• Shopping

The newly remodeled casa and casitas occupy a double-sized lot with extensive outdoor living areas. The accommodations can comfortably sleep four couples in king and queen beds. For groups of friends or family members, two of the king bedrooms can be configured with twin beds. The Palapa Grande also includes a queen-size sofa bed.

A large pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, and outdoor kitchen are surrounded by a botanical garden filled with flowering plants, palms, and fruit trees. This natural landscaping provides exceptional privacy and creates a resort-like setting. Casa Margarita is well suited to family vacations, couples’ getaways, and special occasions.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the entire ground-floor area of the spacious waterfront home. The rental includes:

• Four bedrooms
• Four bathrooms, each with a shower
• Indoor and outdoor living areas
• A large tropical garden yard secured from the street
• Large swimming pool
• Lighted parking area
• One secured parking space for a vehicle, small boat, or all-terrain vehicle trailer

The Palapa Grande, large indoor kitchen, and two king bedrooms are located in the main house. Two additional, nicely decorated casitas are also included:

• One casita with a queen bedroom
• One casita that can be configured with either a king bed or twin beds
• A private bathroom and shower in each casita

Around the swimming pool and jacuzzi is a spacious, tiled outdoor entertainment area with:

• Dining space
• Outdoor kitchen
• Built-in charcoal barbecue
• Covered Tiki Bar
• Bamboo and palm landscaping

The property also features a large oceanfront patio with a round palapa and seating, as well as a private dock on the Bahia.

Guests may enjoy the entire property except for the unoccupied, secured Owners Suite on the second floor, where clothing and personal belongings are stored. Please respect the home and property, and do not pick fruit from the trees during your stay.

Location and Activities

San Carlos offers several restaurants, gift shops, cantinas, dive shops, and boat charters. For a personalized sport-fishing experience, the hosts recommend:

For sightseeing or sport fishing, guests can also choose from the charter boats departing from Dock M in the San Carlos Marina.
