We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The house was exactly as described in the pictures, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our family, especially being in the city center of Managua. It was also conveniently located about 24 minutes from the airport without traffic. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Managua!

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing. The first issue occurred at check-in. We did not receive the keypad access code until approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. Neither Airbnb Support nor I were able to reach the host during that time, which made for a stressful start to our stay. Second, the gas tank for the stove was not connected, making the stove unusable. Third, the master bedroom blinds were damaged with several slats missing, allowing a considerable amount of daylight into the room early in the morning. It made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Finally, the keypad access code expired at midnight, even though checkout was not until 11:00 a.m. the following day. After returning from a late dinner, we were unable to enter the home. Fortunately, my mother had stayed behind and was able to let us in. Had no one been inside we would have locked out overnight. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.

Great house and great host. Stayed there with my mom, husband, and kids (ages 9 & 11). Felt right at home. Felt like home. Next to many restaurants and mall. Safe neighborhood.

The stay was excellent. The place to stay completely matches the description and photos. Everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is very convenient and safe. The host was very attentive from the start, with clear and quick communication, and always willing to help with any questions. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

We requested early check-in with the reservation which Maritza accepted, this was confirmed by both the reservation and check in instructions from Airbnb. Unfortunately the request was confirmed, but not accommodated, and check-in remained 4pm - which is very late for check in under normal circumstances, but especially so after arriving at midday with an elderly person - the specific reason for our check in request. The house is excellent, though the map is extremely inaccurate and you'll need to wait until 4pm until you receive instructions on how to find the house. It's a great neighborhood also, highly convenient, quiet, safe and well located though fully 30 minutes from the airport which isn't clear at reservation because the map is location map is so inaccurate.
