This location is ideal for those seeking tranquility while remaining conveniently close to the charming village of San Juan Del Sur, which is less than one mile away.

The Space

Guests have access to a fully equipped 25-foot boat docked nearby. Advance notice is required to arrange boat trips with our crew. Available excursions include:

• Fishing trips
• Surfing outings
• Snorkeling adventures
• Whale and dolphin watching (seasonal)
• Visits to a private white sand beach

Guests receive discounted rates for these activities.

Electricity and Utilities

Please be aware that electricity costs in Nicaragua are quite high. The rental price does not fully cover electricity usage.

• For short-term stays, 25 kWh per day is included.
• Any usage beyond 25 kWh per day will be charged at USD 0.50 per kWh.
• For stays longer than one month, electricity is not included in the rental price.

Monthly rental rates exclude utilities such as electricity, water, and internet, which must be paid separately.

Typical daily electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kWh. To help keep rental costs reasonable, please be mindful of your electricity use by turning off air conditioning and other appliances when not in use.

Additional Information

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign an agreement acknowledging responsibility for electricity charges exceeding the included amount and for any damages to the property.
