The security at the entrance was not aware of our arrival. There was no one to hand over the house. The bedding, which was stained and frayed, would have to be changed. The kitchen utensils needed to be improved or replaced. They don't clean the leaves from the trees at the entrance to each house. No one came to clean, only the pool person! Thank you.

Really incredible home! We have stayed at many in the community and for us it was more important to be in the jungle and we definitely were not disappointed! We really enjoy doing BBQ’s and hanging out and they had it dialed in! All rooms very comfortable! They have it very turn key and easy! The pool beautiful. Showers to rinse off from after the beach and before the pool! The cleaning crew do a great job! Thank you all for a wonderful weekend!

Very good communication with the host via WhatsApp. The kitchen doors and drawers need a little maintenance, and some utensils are not in the best condition. But otherwise an excellent place!

It really was a spectacular place ✨ Everything was super clean and the house was quite spacious. I think the best part of all was the pool 😍 so nice, large and perfect for enjoying. Honestly, for a family that wants to go on vacation, this house is ideal 🏡 It has everything and perfectly fulfills each of its functions. I loved the whole experience. Everything worked super well and I would definitely come back a thousand times over 💙 It became one of my favorite places in 2026. I highly recommend it 🙌
