Everything was in order and on time; the cleaning staff are attentive, efficient, and friendly. There are a few things that need maintenance; overall, they work well, but some investment in minor repairs is already needed. Especially in some areas that aren't used very often but are “differentiators” between this property and others. Everything regarding check-in, check-out, payments, and so on, was in order, although the boiler didn't work and, even though we weren't charged for this service, and the pool was at a good temperature due to the weather, these are the kinds of details that make you choose this place over others, and a simple “you won't be charged” shouldn't be enough; there should be some compensation for the guest. Overall, I recommend the place because of its location, spaciousness, and functionality.

We had a great time, and the house is nice. There are a few maintenance issues with the faucets in the bathrooms, but overall, nothing that would prevent you from having a good time.
