Casa Margaritas

Spectacular ocean view in a secure, private, gated community. Casa Margaritas is a completely remodeled 3 bedroom/4 bath house with full kitchen, pool, free unlimited wifi, satellite TV and a private beach and only minutes away from great restaurants, nightlife and world class surfing.

The space Casa Margaritas is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is a bright, happy and open space with floor to ceiling glass for an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful El Salvador. The house has been completely remodeled and has all amenities including a full kitchen, satellite tv, free unlimited wifi/internet, air conditioning in every room and a washer and dryer. Whether it's relaxing in the pool or hammocks, outdoor dining in the Palapa or cooking on the wood burning barbecue, our house has everything you would need make your stay fun, comfortable and enjoyable.

Casa Margaritas is set in the exclusive Xanadu community. Xanadu is gated and has 24 hour security. We have a private beach that's only accessible to Xanadu residents and their guests as well as family barbecue areas and a large community pool looking out on to the ocean. Great restaurants, bars, world class surfing and the nightlife of Playa El Tunco are just a couple minutes away.

Lupita will meet you when you arrive and take care of the house for you at no extra charge. If you'd like she will keep the house clean, cook and do laundry plus she knows the area well and can arrange for anything you may need. Our guests love her and she's very sharp and a very hard worker. If necessary we can set up your transportation to and from the airport as well

Guest access Everything in the house and on the property except our personal items such as clothing, food, alcohol, medical supplies etc...Our laundry room is also our bodega and unfortunately, and this is no reflection of our future guests, we've had a number of personal items taken so while it is still available for our guests to use, we ask that you request for Lupita to unlock it for daytime hours for you and there is $10 per load fee. The community has a large pool in addition to our pool. There are also barbecue and recreational areas as well as the private beach

Other things to note We have a wonderful woman, Lupita, that takes care of the house that we provide for our guests. If you'd like she will keep the house clean, cook and do laundry plus she knows where everything is and is a wealth of knowledge about the area. She's extremely sharp and a very hard worker. To many of our guests she is the best part of the experience. If necessary we can set up your transportation to and from the airport as well
