Flor de Limón is a place I've always gone to and it's great, but apartment 30 was very messy: it had all the terrace cushions right at the entrance of the apartment and it doesn't have a smart TV I asked for support, but they couldn't solve it I had to bring a Chrome cast to watch TV and I'm with children and I use it at certain times I've been to other apartments and it's been great but I don't recommend 30, it doesn't meet all the requirements

Great grounds, staff, pool, and the rooftop deck is a MUST ! The only reason for 4 stars is there were some little details missing, small things not working, had to buy batteries for the remotes, etc. All were addressed very quickly (thank you). The unit is aging a bit and needs a new couch - could use a refresh. But then again - in Playas del Coco, why would you be inside for very long ?? So much to do and explore. Great vacay and a very convenient location.

EquityKey was generous and responsive. Before our stay, they informed us about on-site construction and offered three options: relocating, a full refund, or a 20% discount to stay. We chose to stay, and while there was some noise, our unit was the furthest from it. They quickly provided a kettle, extra towels, and a new BBQ tank. The small kitchen has a two-burner hotplate but is well-stocked, and we cooked often. The extra-size king bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. We often worked at the counter with two stools. There is not a table indoors. But the bistro set outside the door and table on the terrace worked well until midday when it was too hot. The pool has 6 chaise longes and the water is warm but shallow. There is limited shade. The complex is across from the beach and beside a plaza with a convenience store, Mexican food restaurant and cafe. There are two other plazas after this one. It is a 15-minute walk to downtown where the bulk of services are.

Had a great time with my family of 4 (including 2 kids under the age of 8). Close to the main strip in Coco, a 2-minute walk to the beach, and a nice pool to cool off in. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Coco in the future.

It is very conveniently located, 100 meters from the beach and very close to downtown. It's very small, you have to consider the space
