The Space

This modern beachfront villa in San Antero is designed for groups. Wake up to the sound of the Caribbean, relax by the private pool, and stay connected with Starlink internet throughout the house.

The villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an official capacity of 16 guests. With the optional extra room, it can accommodate up to 21 guests. Enjoy direct beach access, palm trees, hammocks, and a seaside lounge area reserved exclusively for guests.

The property is well suited for family gatherings, retreats, trips with friends, and remote work. We can also help arrange fresh seafood and local tours.

The listed capacity is 16 guests. An additional room for up to five guests is available for COP 500,000 per night. Please coordinate this option with us before booking.

If you need a specific room arrangement, such as separating couples or assigning dedicated rooms for children, let us know in advance and we will prepare the villa according to your group’s needs.

You will have exclusive use of the entire villa and its facilities during your stay, including:

Optional Services

We can coordinate the following services upon request:

• Local cook serving traditional Caribbean coast dishes, including arepas de huevo, fresh seafood, sancocho, and fried fish. The cost is COP 80,000 per day, and advance booking is required.
• Boat tours through Cispatá Bay, the mangroves, areas with bioluminescent plankton, the San Bernardo Archipelago, Isla Fuerte, Isla Múcura, and other destinations. The marina is a five-minute walk away.
• Activities such as paragliding, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, and visits to the mud volcano.
• Grocery shopping and fresh seafood purchases.

We are available to respond quickly throughout your stay. Arrive, settle in, and enjoy the villa.

If you need flexible arrival or departure times, message us in advance so we can coordinate.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is required and costs COP 80,000 per day. The housekeeper keeps the common areas tidy, cleans the bathrooms, and helps maintain the villa throughout your stay.

This service is arranged after the booking is confirmed.

Capacity and Additional Guests

The listed price includes 16 guests across four bedrooms. For larger groups, the following options are available:

• Additional guests in the same four bedrooms: COP 80,000 per person per night
• Extra bedroom for up to five additional guests: COP 500,000 per night
• Maximum villa capacity: 21 guests

Pets

Pets are welcome for COP 35,000 per night. Please let us know before booking.

House Guidelines

• Do not bring glass bottles into the pool area, and supervise minors around the pool.
• Candles and other flammable materials are not permitted.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• For decorations, please avoid confetti and balloons taped to the walls.

Community Guidelines

San Antero is a quiet area. Please keep noise levels low during nighttime hours out of respect for the neighbors.

If you are visiting for a special celebration, coordinate with us in advance and we will help you arrange the setup.
