Lovely apartment, larger than pictures showed. A few minutes walk to Marmitas beach and very close to 5th avenue, though thankfully couldn’t hear the noise! Enjoyed the pool on the top floor as much as the beach

This was probably a beautiful unit 5–6 years ago, but it now feels like years of deferred cleaning and maintenance have caught up with it. Nearly every wall was visibly filthy, with large streaks and marks throughout the unit, and the entire place felt worn and poorly maintained. The jacuzzi barely worked—a tiny trickle of water took more than an hour to fill it. I specifically confirmed before arrival that the washer/dryer worked because I desperately needed to do laundry, but the washer was broken when I arrived and I then lost nearly three hours the next morning while a repairman worked on it. We also lost power one day, which I understand was not the host’s fault, but it added to an already frustrating stay. The unit may photograph well, but the actual condition does not match the impression the listing gives. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Modern building and apartment a short walk from the main pedestrianised avenue and at the end of dead end road. Very nice apartment with a lovely rooftop pool and bar, and small gym facilities. Short walk to the beach. We really liked the apartment and took advantage of the jacuzzi and hammock.

Great location - close enough to 5th Ave but peaceful and quiet. Rooftop pool was really nice and spa on rooftop is good too. The hot tub on the apartment balcony is more of a cold tub- refreshing in the hot weather but if you want an actual hot spa better to go up to the roof. The beds were very comfortable. Communication was good and clear, the hosts were responsive and even allowed early check in which was much appreciated.

We highly recommend this accommodation. It was not only a very nice and quiet place, but also very nicely furnished and cozy... Close to the main streets, but still perfectly quiet at night... Rodrigo was very nice and always helpful... Thank you, and maybe we'll come back someday...:-)
