The Space
This brand-new, modern, and family-friendly 3-bedroom home includes two separate casitas and a private saltwater pool, creating an ideal private retreat for your next vacation. Both casitas are included in your booking. One casita is designed as an office space for remote workers seeking a quiet area away from the main group, featuring high-speed internet at 250 Mbps.
The entire property is fully enclosed to ensure maximum privacy and security.
Inside, the open living area is filled with natural light and connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, coffee maker, and microwave, along with everything needed to prepare meals. A center island doubles as a breakfast bar, providing extra seating.
The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for group gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open to the patio, extending the living space outdoors. The patio includes additional seating and dining areas, as well as loungers beside the L-shaped pool.
Down a hallway from the living area are the three bedrooms of the main house:
- Master bedroom: King bed, 65-inch smart TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, private air conditioning, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio and pool.
- Second bedroom: Queen bed, 60-inch smart TV, air conditioning, dresser, and closet.
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds, built-in entertainment stand with storage, 43-inch smart TV, and air conditioning.
The two side-by-side casitas include:
- Bedroom casita: Queen bed, custom-built closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, 43-inch smart TV, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors opening to the patio and pool.
- Office casita: Desk, comfortable office chair, pullout sofa bed (sleeps one additional guest), full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
A full-size washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room.

Thank you so much for the great stay! Our family loved our stay in Tamarindo. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was just perfect for cooling off after our days of exploring. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very efficient whenever we had a question. The welcome and impeccable service really made all the difference. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved this property!! It was easy to find and more than what we were expecting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking (we typically cooked one meal a day) and the rooms were beautiful! The pool was great for times when we wanted to stay home but still get in the water. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time. The location is ideal, close to the beach and very good restaurants. The house is new, impeccably maintained and very well-equipped. The swimming pool is beautiful and is a real plus. The host was always available and responsive to answer our questions. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation. If I have to plan another trip to Costa Rica and I am visiting Tamarindo, I would not hesitate and would return to the same place!

This property was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The home was clean and spacious for all our guests. You never know if the beds are going to be comfortable but we were pleasantly surprised at just how cozy they were. Oh and the air conditioning was nice and chilly when we needed it. Only a short golf cart ride to so many shops and restaurants… plus the beach! We appreciated how communicative Outer Reefs was. They were also so helpful with helping us book carts & excursions! They had a great list of recommendations! Definitely coming back to this home!

The main interior was great- exactly as pictured and described. We chose this place for the pool which looked like a swamp on the Saturday that we arrived. Communication was good regarding the pool issue but it was never fully resolved - After Monday, there was no further follow up on pool maintenance. It could have used a good dose of shock but instead remained cloudy and questionable all week. Outer reefs did compensate a very small amount for the inconvenience and provided umbrellas to take to the beach which was a nice gesture. Given how hot it was and the price we paid, a clean pool would have been ideal. We had wanted to use the casita . It smelled like sewage and was not ideal to stay in. All that said- Outer Reef was prompt and professional in their communication.

We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo at this beautiful property. It was spacious and clean as well as close to Tamarindo. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, other small appliances, and a spacious refridgerator. The casita was a nice addition and we enjoyed the pool. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The owners responded quickly and contacted the pool cleaning company. They did not come a day early as requested and after cleaning it the next day, there was still a fair amount of sediment the next day after we swam. We contacted the owners again and they attempted to have the pool service come back a day early. This didn’t happen, but we used the pool daily regardless and enjoyed it. My 4 and 8 year old granddaughters love the water and we played for hours. The 3 bathrooms with showers were great. We didn’t use the smaller office casita which also has a bathroom. I would recommend this property as a great vacation rental for a family.
