This brand-new, modern, and family-friendly 3-bedroom home includes two separate casitas and a private saltwater pool, creating an ideal private retreat for your next vacation. Both casitas are included in your booking. One casita is designed as an office space for remote workers seeking a quiet area away from the main group, featuring high-speed internet at 250 Mbps.
The entire property is fully enclosed to ensure maximum privacy and security.
Inside, the open living area is filled with natural light and connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, coffee maker, and microwave, along with everything needed to prepare meals. A center island doubles as a breakfast bar, providing extra seating.
The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for group gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open to the patio, extending the living space outdoors. The patio includes additional seating and dining areas, as well as loungers beside the L-shaped pool.
Down a hallway from the living area are the three bedrooms of the main house:
- Master bedroom: King bed, 65-inch smart TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, private air conditioning, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio and pool.
- Second bedroom: Queen bed, 60-inch smart TV, air conditioning, dresser, and closet.
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds, built-in entertainment stand with storage, 43-inch smart TV, and air conditioning.
The two side-by-side casitas include:
- Bedroom casita: Queen bed, custom-built closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, 43-inch smart TV, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors opening to the patio and pool.
- Office casita: Desk, comfortable office chair, pullout sofa bed (sleeps one additional guest), full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
A full-size washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room.

The home is situated just a 2-minute drive from the renowned Tamarindo Beach, famous for surfing, stunning sunsets, beachfront dining, and estuary views. An additional 1-2 minute drive brings you to the heart of town, where you can enjoy Tamarindo’s amenities, restaurants, shops, and activities.
