Casa de las Brisas also gives smaller groups the opportunity to enjoy the space and amenities of a large private Manuel Antonio villa while reserving only the bedrooms they need.
This four-bedroom configuration accommodates up to eight guests. Each air-conditioned bedroom provides a comfortable private retreat.

The spacious open-air great room combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area and opens toward the surrounding rainforest. A large dining table provides ample space for meals and group gatherings.

Wildlife
Wildlife is part of everyday life at Casa de las Brisas. Monkeys frequently visit the property, while sloths, toucans, macaws, iguanas, and other tropical species can often be seen in the surrounding area.

Guest Access
Your group will have private use of Casa de las Brisas, with four bedrooms of your choice available from the villa’s 10 bedrooms. The remaining bedrooms will remain closed and will never be rented to another group during your stay.
The villa and its available common areas are exclusively yours. You will not share the property with other guests.
Additional bedrooms may be added after booking, subject to availability and applicable rates.

Important Information About Your Stay
Last-Minute Reservations
This listing offers a special four-bedroom configuration of Casa de las Brisas for reservations made within 60 days of arrival. Private chef service is not included with this rate.
Housekeeping and Laundry
Maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Guests do not have direct access to the villa’s laundry facilities. Personal laundry can be handled by the housekeeping staff.
Security Deposit
A refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500, depending on group size, is required for very last-minute check-ins to cover damage or missing items. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no items are damaged or missing.
Parking
Covered parking is available for two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.

We loved our experience in Manuel Antonio with Escape Villas! David, Valerie, Chef Jorge, and the cleaning team were all amazing. We were surrounded by gorgeous nature and had a bunch of animal sightings - sloths, multiple kinds of monkeys, agoutis (which look like skinny capybaras), anteaters, beautiful macaws, and more! The property itself is beautiful - lovely homey touches, immaculate, and cozy for our group to spend a night in. We opted for a few private chef meals with Chef Jorge which were all DELICIOUS. We also enjoyed access to local bars and restaurants (YOLO bar and Namaste Indian food were standouts). Highly recommend and we will likely return to this property or any others by Escape Villas!

Wow! Amazing place!! Huge thanks to Carlos who helped us book excursions and shuttles., maid service for doing our laundry and always had a smile. This place is so big we forgot about the top deck till the last day. We had monkeys, sloths and iguanas in our own private backyard jungle. Beds were really comfy. I normally don’t take baths but used the master bathtub 3 times and was so relaxing! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Always felt safe walking in neighborhood. (We were a group of four women) truly an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing and the house is spacious. We had 3 different types of monkeys in the trees right outside our window. All the rooms have a/c but the main living area is an open air concept so there is no a/c and only fans. It can get a little warm mid day but other than that it is an amazing house. There is a maid service that comes by to clean and replace towels/linens. They also offer a laundry service. We had an great experience here and the property manager, David, was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

The villa was absolutely amazing and even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the pools and watched the wildlife and beautiful sunsets daily. The location in Manual Antonio is one of the best and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We made some unforgettable memories and hope to go back soon!!

Brisas was a huge villa, we actually were pleasantly surprised as we liked it better than the pictures. The bedrooms are very large and the beds are large, they might even be California kings. The pools (3) are amazing, my kids like to go into each of them. The view is really nice, especially from the sun deck. Gary our host was also excellent, my son needed a doctor and Gary provided the information to get a doctor.
