The Space

Casa Las Brisas offers a perfect family retreat to enjoy all the activities Manuel Antonio has to offer. Nestled close to restaurants and nightlife yet surrounded by lush forest, this home provides a stunning ocean view from a strategic location. Designed with wood, tile, and stone, the house blends seamlessly into its natural environment.

This Costa Rican-style luxury residence is enveloped by jungle and boasts an expansive ocean vista visible from the rooftop deck. The property includes two splash pools and a large lagoon pool. Covered parking is available for two cars, with additional street parking nearby.

The spacious great room is open-air and combines the kitchen, living room with TV, and a large dining table seating 14 guests. Guests may select any 4 bedrooms from the 10 available for their stay.

On the main level with the great room, there are:

• Two king bedrooms, including the master with an en-suite bathroom
• An additional bedroom sharing a full bathroom with the living and kitchen area

One level down features:

• A game room equipped with a full wet bar, pool and foosball tables, a large screen TV, and an indoor splash pool
• A third king bedroom sharing a full bathroom with the game room
• A veranda spacious enough for sunbathing or outdoor dining overlooking the rainforest

Wildlife is abundant here, with frequent visits from monkeys and occasional sloths, making the veranda an ideal spot for nature observation.

The next level down includes:

• Two more king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
• A small patio offering privacy and the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall and fountain between the bedrooms

The house also contains five additional bedrooms, including one located above the parking garage that leads to the expansive rooftop sun deck. This sundeck features:

• A covered rancho with a lounging sofa
• A wet bar with refrigerator
• Hammocks and lounge chairs

From this upper level, guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to all common areas of the property and may choose any 4 bedrooms from the 10 available. Additional bedrooms can be added after booking confirmation on Airbnb.

Important Information

To ensure guest safety, the property follows guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health regarding sanitation and social distancing:

1. Hosts maintain social distancing during guest reception.
2. Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance.
3. Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks at all times.
4. The home is thoroughly disinfected before guest arrival and after departure.
5. The villa is exclusively reserved for your group, with no shared spaces with strangers.

For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Please contact your host to arrange this service.

Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests on the property.

A cash deposit of $400 to $500, depending on group size, is required for very last-minute check-ins to cover potential damages or missing items. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out if no issues are found.
