Located 15 minutes from Coronado, the entire property is exclusively yours. The villa offers a versatile setting for relaxing, exercising, or working while watching the waves, just 90 minutes from the city.

Location

El Palmar Vibe

The villa is located in the heart of El Palmar, an authentic and peaceful beach town known in Panama for its surf culture and relaxed atmosphere. It is a favorite destination for those seeking an escape from the city without traveling too far.

The Beach

El Palmar is renowned for its friendly waves, which are suitable for beginners and experienced surfers alike. Excellent local surf schools are available. The extensive coastline is also ideal for sunrise walks and paddleboarding.

Although the villa feels like a secluded retreat, it is strategically located just 15 minutes from Coronado, the most important shopping center in the beach area. There, you will find:

Due to the height of the land, the villa does not have direct beach access. The beach can be reached through an access point approximately 200 meters away, or a three-minute walk.

• Laundry: Available in the adjoining house by arrangement with Mr. David
• Private parking: On-site parking for up to seven vehicles

Environment and On-Site Service

The facilities are exclusively for your group. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with neighboring homes, creating a safe and family-friendly environment.

A separate attached house on the property is occupied by Mr. David, the trusted caretaker. He handles maintenance and Jacuzzi care and can assist with questions or needs while respecting your privacy.

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire property, including:

• Jacuzzi
• Large backyard

All facilities and amenities are exclusively for guests registered in the reservation.

Annex House

The separate house where Mr. David resides has two independent entrances:

• Laundry area: Access is coordinated through Mr. David, who manages the service.
• Private residence: This entrance leads to the caretaker’s personal room and is the only restricted area of the property.

House Rules

1. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Parties or events
• Loud sound equipment
• Use or possession of illegal substances
• Visitors or additional guests not registered in the reservation

The property is exclusively for the guests listed in the reservation, with a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and eviction from the property.

2. Noise and Neighbors

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise at a moderate level at all times and respect the neighbors’ peace, especially after 10:00 p.m.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. An additional fee may apply. Departures after the scheduled check-out time without prior notice may incur charges because they affect cleaning arrangements.

4. Care of the Property

• Remove sand before entering the house or using the Jacuzzi.
• Place garbage and waste in the designated containers.
• Do not rearrange furniture or drag heavy objects, as this may damage the floors.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If smoke odor or cigarette damage is detected indoors, an additional fee for deep cleaning and deodorization will apply.

5. Security Systems

For the safety of guests and the property, perimeter video surveillance and door sensors are in use. Tampering with, obstructing, or disconnecting these systems is prohibited.

6. Maintenance and Damage Reports

Mr. David may enter the outdoor areas for necessary maintenance or in an emergency, with prior notice whenever possible.

If you notice any damage or malfunction upon arrival, report it within the first hour of occupancy to avoid being held responsible. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property.
