Was charged a second time at front desk after paying on Airbnb . Staff was help when trying to explain the room was already paid for.

Great hotel, everything was clean. Location was great. Be advised, it is $15 per guest that enters your room

Nice room with a view of a park like area, the casino and club was entertaining and the staff was very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay. I arrived early which led to slight check in delay as reception didn't have access to my reservation. That was on me because I was several hours early and just happy I was able to check in early. There was a delay initially in communication prior to me getting there as I was unclear on a few things. After I made contact with Felix things went smoothly. The only other hiccup was that there was an issue with the AC which was no fault of the host but it was repaired the same day. That was a random thing that can happen anywhere at any time so no biggie. Overall, I had a good stay and everything was as promised and I would definitely stay again. Great trip!

Esta vez fue una mala experiencia. El día de llegada abrimos el mini refrigerador y había comida descompuesta que dejo un mal olor en toda la habitación. El personal del mesón nos ubico en otra habitación. Hay mucho ruido de personas en los pasillos y cero seguridad ya que se pasean muchas mujeres en la noche x las ubicaciones del hotel. Una mala experiencia que sin duda me dejo una mala imagen del hotel. Más que hotel, es un casino. Si vas de viajes con amigos y buscas fiesta, aquí es. Si deseas descansar luego de muchas horas de viaje, aquí NO es.

La ubicación es pleno centro, lo que ayuda para conocer un poco la ciudad. La habitación excelente. Lo único malo es que en el 4to piso donde están las habitaciones, funciona un bar que se llena. Hay cero seguridad en el hotel pudiendo entrar cualquier persona en dirección a las habitaciones. En la entrada del hotel y dentro de los hall, está lleno de trabajadoras sexuales. Eso no fue muy cómodo. Veremos nuestra segunda experiencia.
