The Space
Villa del Pescador offers nearly 4,000 square feet of luxurious living space in one of Cabo San Lucas's most exclusive neighborhoods. The villa features four master suites and a large, modern kitchen fully equipped for all your culinary needs.
Guests can enjoy spectacular sunset views every evening from the privacy of the infinity pool and Jacuzzi. Positioned on a west-facing hillside, the villa provides one of the clearest and most direct views of the Pacific coastline in Los Cabos. Between November and April, it is common to spot humpback whales breaching offshore.
Our concierge, Alfredo, is available to enhance your stay by assisting with services such as pre-stocking the refrigerator, arranging private chefs, booking in-villa spa treatments, and organizing activities throughout Los Cabos.
Location and Community
The villa is located within El Pedregal, a private gated community known for its safety and tranquility. The security team is vigilant, ensuring guests feel as secure here as they would in their own hometown.
A short walk from the villa leads to a pristine, private beach exclusive to the community. This quiet stretch of sand extends for about half a mile, providing guests with ample space to enjoy the ocean away from crowds. Note that the beach is not suitable for swimming.
El Pedregal also offers recreational amenities including four pickleball courts and a tennis court located at the Court Side Cafe, which serves breakfast and lunch daily. Alfredo can assist with court reservations, and equipment is available in the villa for guest use.
Although the villa is close to the vibrant nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas, it is situated on the opposite side of the hill, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The community enforces quiet hours starting at 10 p.m., making it an ideal family-friendly retreat.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the pool and outdoor areas, with the exception of the owner's locked closet. Access to the tennis courts is available by reservation. Additionally, guests may use the private beach within the Pedregal development.

Alfredo, Alfredo, Alfredo we cannot thank you enough! You were so responsive and helpful from getting checked in/out to activities and even planning my kids birthday. The house was wonderful with the best views and chance to have our own peace with the city still close by. Clean, well laid out and had everything we needed to have a good time. We LOVED being on the Pacific side which gave us more breeze vs the harbor side that can get hot quickly. We felt welcomed in the neighborhood meeting lots of full time folks that loved sharing their favorite places. Ubers are EASY from the location and highly recommended. 1.5 miles from town but steep hills did not make it walkable with the kids BUT that was more than fine. It was a perfect place to retreat to and swim, nap, play, explore. Thanks again for everything we will be back!

Absolutely stunning views from this beautiful house. You can hear the waves crashing in the distance. The outdoor living space is awesome...hot tub, infinity pool, BBQ grilling area with large table, etc. Most importantly, having a concierge resource like Alfredo helping coordinate transportation, local activities in Cabo, making recommendations and reservations, etc. was outstanding. He was an all-star! We can't wait to book this place again!

This home is BEAUTIFUL - incredible views at anytime of the day and a great house for a group trip! We went for a birthday and had the best time hanging out by the pool all day. The views are incredible at any point in the day - the pictures do not do it justice. Bennie and Jose were great hosts and very helpful booking local recommendations and making sure we had a great time. Can’t recommend this house enough to anyone looking. We can’t wait to be back!

We visited with my family - 3 siblings, 2 grandkids, and 2 grandparents. It was a tremendous house and plenty of room. It was comfortable, well appointed, and centrally located. The best part though was Bennie and his team, in particular Alfredo. He was an incredibly gracious host - from helping us arrange transport to/from the airport, to stocking the fridge, to meeting us upon arrival and explaining things about the house - and even checking in mid-trip to see how we were enjoying ourselves. He made us feel very much taken care of. The Pedregal neighborhood was secure and easy to get access to with private taxi. The pool/hot tub was an amazing view for NYE Fireworks, and the kitchen / living area was incredibly comfortable and more than enough space. Can't recommend this team enough!

My family enjoyed our stay in Pedregal. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunset views (as described!) and an unexpected baby turtle hatching and release on the beach within the neighborhood. Thanks especially to Alfredo who helped with all of the bookings before / during our stay.

We give this place 5 stars because it was amazing, beautiful, and super safe! The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the house was clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and responsive, and José Alfredo was fantastic — he gave us great recommendations and helped us book any activity we wanted. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place for a perfect Cabo getaway!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the pictures. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent—Bennie was always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The view was truly breathtaking and set the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories with my family. I also want to give special recognition to Alfredo, our concierge, who truly made a difference during our trip. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always available for anything we needed, and his support added so much to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better team. Highly recommended!

This place is so beautiful & pristine we had a great time celebrating my birthday trip. The host were very responsive and helped me coordinate with personal drivers & helped me book all my reservations for our dinners & also got me a wonderful private chef & massages . I definitely recommend this place for your Cabo stay. Ten out of ten experience everything was amazing 🤩 thank you
