This property is a comfortable off the grid home with all the conveniences you need with the peace a quiet you desire. The house contains a full kitchen stocked with all the kitchen appliance and silverware you need, has wifi, cable tv, netflix, a/c's, ceiling fans, ext.. the master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest has a queen size bed both with private porch access and private bathrooms. The space Guest will enjoy Casa Borealis privacy and quietness. We are located next to Hacienda Iguana and its commercial area, where you will be able to access restaurants such as our favorite Casa Maderas, Scoops and spokes, and Don Eloys bar, Casa Ananas, and Iguana Brewery. Furthermore the Iguana Commercial area has shops, golf, bike, moto rentals, a health clinic, souvenier shop, and Spa. Guest access All spaces in the house are fully available to the guests including porch, pool, living room, bathrooms, pool house, ect.. Other things to note Casa Borealis is a ecofriendly fully off grid home build to be fully sustainable, it counts on 24 solar panels to generate all its electrical power, and 24 - 12v batteries to store it. This system is sufficient to supply all your electrical needs for the home. Appliences include a inverter fridge, 3 tv´s, pool pump, and accessories such as coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster ect.... This home also has 2 a/c units (1 in each bedroom) using a/c’s will demish electrical capacity, and if power is depleated, system cannot be restarted until the next morning, therefore we highly recommend good energy conservasion behaviour.
