The Space

Encanto is a private, gated boutique community consisting of nine villas set within lush shared outdoor areas. This booking includes two villas, each accommodating up to four guests. The villas are thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, offering either two queen beds or one queen bed plus a bunk bed with two single beds.

Each villa features:

• Two bedrooms and one bathroom
• A spacious, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, blender, and dishwasher
• Air conditioning in every room
• A work desk
• Smart TV
• High-speed fiber optic internet
• Private outdoor seating area surrounded by a personal garden

The community amenities include:

• A swimming pool with loungers
• Two gas BBQ grills
• Picnic tables
• A covered poolside gazebo
• A playground

At night, the property is beautifully illuminated with lights in the trees and around the pool, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Location

Encanto is conveniently situated just off the main road, offering easy pedestrian access to a large supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, and various shops. It is an 8-minute drive to Tamarindo, 18 minutes to Playa Grande, and 20 minutes to Playa Avellanas, making it an ideal base for exploring popular beaches in the area.

• We can assist with arranging transportation, airport pickups, excursions, and recommendations for restaurants and activities.
• Extra cleaning services during your stay are available upon request.
• Laundry facilities are accessible in the common areas for a flat fee of $25. Additional cleaning, towel, and bedsheet change services can also be arranged.
• Each villa includes one parking space.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please note that the two villas booked may not be adjacent, depending on availability and bed preferences.
• During peak travel seasons, noise levels and traffic may be higher due to increased tourism and ongoing construction in the Tamarindo area.
