This gorgeous home is located Manuel Antonio, hidden away in a lush jungle and huge bamboo trees. The surrounding area features a little waterfall, a creek and a lot of animals coming to visit. You can enjoy the calm nature while relaxing in the infinity pool, and chill on the large terrace or the balcony upstairs. Restaurants, supermarket and a bus station are all within walking distance. To the beaches and the National Park it's only a 5 minutes drive by car. The perfect place! The space The main entrance door opens to the hallway of the upper floor. There are the 2 bedroom with a large balcony with beautiful view to the jungle, bamboo trees and the creek with waterfall. On the right side is the bathroom with shower. On the left side of the hallway are the stairs leading to the lower level. This open space offers a full large open kitchen, fully equipped to cook any meal. The living area offers a large and cozy sofa in front of the TV and a reading corner with recliner chair. Attached to the kitchen is a little desk if you need to get some work done. Behind the kitchen is a small er bathroom. The big infinity pool terrace offers dining furniture, 2 sun chairs and an outside shower. Also, there you have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas barbecue grill where you can grill your food while enjoying the jungle view. Sit on the bench and enjoy the nature and the wildlife. (All hot water in the house comes from a solar system on the roof. So you will even have hot water during a blackout, which can sometimes happen in Costa Rica) Guest access It's a private property. The entire area is for you to enjoy. A wall and fence surround the house, which comes with a private parking place as well. Other things to note Smoking is only possible outside. All rooms offers air condition and fans.
