The Space

This mountain country house is located in Altos del María, in Panama Oeste Province’s Chame District, Sora Corregimiento, near Bejuco. The property offers approximately 1,500 square meters of construction and can comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests.

It is situated about an hour and a half from Panama City and is suitable for:

• Birthday celebrations
• Weddings
• Business meetings
• Christmas parties
• New Year’s Eve gatherings
• Extended holiday stays

The property includes several rooms, spacious terraces, pleasant gardens, and multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining. It also offers complete privacy, with no neighbors at either end of the property.

Bedrooms

There are eight bedrooms in total:

• Four bedrooms in the main house
• Four bedrooms in the cabins
• Seven rooms with two double beds each
• One master bedroom with a king-size bed
• One service room with a double bed

Within the development, guests can visit several viewpoints and natural streams. The property is located more than 1,000 meters above sea level, with temperatures ranging from 18°C to 24°C.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all the property’s facilities, areas, and spaces during their stay.

Musicians and artists may also be hired upon request, subject to permission and prior notification to the administration.

Guests can explore the various developments and residences throughout Altos del María, as well as nearby attractions such as ravines, lakes, and viewpoints.

Location and Directions

Access to the property is straightforward. From Panama City, take the Inter-American Highway. After approximately one hour, you will reach the community of Bejuco de Chame.

In that area, look for the entrance to Altos del María on the right. The entrance is near a Pío Pío fast-food restaurant and a MELO warehouse.

After entering Altos del María:

1. Follow the yellow center line for approximately 20 minutes without turning onto any side roads.
2. Continue until you reach the community of Sora.
3. A police station will be visible on the right.
4. Turn onto that road and continue following the yellow center line.
5. Proceed until you reach the gate to the Piedmont community. The gate is shaped like a white pyramid.
6. Report at the gate and provide your names.
7. Continue along the road, following the yellow center line.
8. After approximately 3–4 minutes, the house will be on the left.

The property has a wooden sign in front displaying “Familia Orobio.” It is a cream-colored house with solar panels on the roof.
