Perfect location, close to town with lots of choices of things to do, but off the main thoroughfare so nice and quiet. Host very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again if back in area.

I would highly recommend you stay here not only because it is in a great location and offers you the option of a private pool, but our hostess was amazing! She responded to all questions immediately. For example, the coffee pot quit working and by that afternoon a new one had been dropped off. We were also shocked and delighted that the housekeeper came in mid week to refresh our towels and she even made our beds. I will definitely stay here again!

Oasis Del Caribe has a great location- It’s very walkable to many restaurants, bakery, grocery store, dive shops,etc. The pool is big and very clean. Our big issue was the air conditioning. I felt at first that they didn’t believe me that it was so hot inside (77*F) but once the techs came out, they stated that the unit was old and also not installed up correctly, which is why it doesn’t work efficiently. They also said that they have told the property manager repeatedly both verbally and in written reports which she denied. The front bedroom, living room & kitchen were VERY hot & sleeping was difficult many nights. The French doors don’t seal well, & we actually bought weatherstripping to cut down on the hot air leaking in . The property mgr is not very responsive or sympathetic- She was paid & to have fans delivered & never did. The owner assured me that they were going to visit soon to try to get to bottom of the AC issue, which is fine, but not helpful for our vacation.

Very nice place. Very close to all things in the city of San Pedro. Enjoyed walking to restaurants. Close to snorkel companies.

The picture showed you could go in the ocean with tables in the water. You could not go in the ocean where we stayed. The housekeeper did a very good job and very was very helpful.

The place is beautiful, as is the location. On the beach and walking distance to all the good stuff. You can also get a golf cart that’s also super convenient and inexpensive. The only this I will say is, after reading the house rules I almost cancelled. The list is long, has lots of disciplinary actions and fines but I don’t know that they were actually enforced so it wound up being ok.
