Casa Espana offers an authentic Costa Rican experience, featuring locally crafted materials and furnishings. The property showcases impressive artwork throughout and is one of the most booked homes in the Jaco / Playa Hermosa area. Daily housekeeping is provided, except on Sundays.

The estate consists of two separate buildings: the Main House and the Casita. The Casita is ideal for teenagers or young adults who prefer to stay up later than other guests.

Property Details

The main house includes four bedrooms spread over three levels, each with a full bathroom. The guesthouse offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. The expansive swimming pool is a favorite among children.

The home features a large open living, kitchen, and dining area with seating for 12 at the banquet table and an additional table for four. An indoor waterfall adds to the ambiance. High-speed wireless internet, cable TV, Netflix, and air conditioning are available throughout the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, large island, and ample space for cooking. Drinking water is provided through a five-stage reverse-osmosis filtration system, ensuring safe and great-tasting water.
