- Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A fee of USD 25.00 will be charged for each hour of late check-out.
- Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or size.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and hallways.
- The entry or consumption of toxic substances or any type of drug is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a USD 250.00 fine.

This is a wonderful find if you are in Managua for business and need something more like an apt than a hotel. Clean, safe, private and quiet. They checked every visitors ID and other guests kept to the rules for quiet hours and use of common areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! I hope they can keep prices affordable so I can stay there again but mostly I wish them success!

Excellent place to stay when visiting the Managua area. The location is convenient, the unit is spotless and well-maintained, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

What we like about Kodu is that it is in the urban area but away from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city, and it is also a very safe building with 24/7 security. We felt very comfortable and rested as if we were at home. It's a nice place to stay, with clear rules for the peace of mind of all guests, and very hygienic. Very friendly service, attending to our needs. Thank you, Kodu Apartments. We'll be back soon!
