Nice house with amazing private beach access

I very much enjoyed my stay. Lovely home and a beautiful view.

I couldn't be happier with our stay. Its an amazingly convenient location in the middle of everything. However, with the thick rock walls you really feel like you're in a secluded environment. The views from the back area of the beach, reef, and sea are amazing. You can see up and down the coast in case you're trying to see if the wind is coming up. I would happily stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Richi's home. Having never been to Baja, we didn't know what to expect, but this home was perfect for our family. Richi sent me clear instructions of how to get inside, and we were amazed at how spacious and homey this place felt. With El Sargento and La Ventana having a lot of ex-pats, and tourists coming in, the towns are being built up with modern homes, which is okay, but we crave the more authentic feeling. Richi's home was clean, comfortable, and made us feel more like locals. The richness of the home was in the treasured stone, clay tiles, and authentic wood touches. It felt like it was built with love. The sunrises cannot be beat from the back porch, and the stairs down to the beach made our time on the sand easy and enjoyable. There was a small issue with the hot water when we first arrived (not to the fault of the owner), and it was resolved within moments of me notifying him. Such a responsive and caring host. Don't miss this gem!!

Awesome ocean view with beach access. Richi was quick to respond with any questions or issues. Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious for our party of 4. Will book again when in El Sargento.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Very comfortable beds and pillows 👍 The view was spectacular and the privacy was appreciated. easy to walk to everything, great restaurants!! Also, it should be mentioned that the people of El Sargento are Best kind ❤️🤙 We're definitely coming back!! Sincerely, Reginald

Great location, on a high bluff above the beach. Nice covered porch for hanging out in the shade. Taco stalls, meat and fish store are within easy walking distance. Kitchen had french press, coffee grinder, juicer, etc. Richi was a great host and very responsive when we had questions.

Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants and beach access. Showers great. Beds super comfy. nice living room and outside area to hang out. Beautiful views of the sun rise over the ocean/mountains. Quiet location. Kitchen well stocked. Easily sleeps 6 with one king size bed and four singles. Place was even better than the pictures. Always felt safe. Plenty of private parking.
