The Space

Two-Level Swim-Up Loft

This sophisticated, open-plan apartment spans two levels and offers direct access to the shared pool from its private patio. The loft includes one bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, toaster, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. The apartment also includes in-unit laundry and a private swim-up patio.

Designed by an interior designer, the loft combines comfort and luxury with views of the property’s amenities.

• Electricity is included for short-term stays of fewer than 28 nights.
• For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is charged according to consumption at a rate of $6 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
• A security deposit is required before check-in for stays of 28 nights or more.
• One complimentary monthly cleaning is included for reservations of 28 nights or more, and this cleaning is mandatory during the stay.
• Construction is ongoing at the far end of the development, well away from the loft. Measures have been taken to minimize potential disturbances, and the construction is not expected to affect the peacefulness of your stay.
