Lapa Villas consists of 3 ocean-view homes on a beautiful, lush, oceanfront property. The upper home (#1) has an apartment w/2 bedrooms, 2 separate guest rooms, a gym and upper deck with a jacuzzi. The middle home (#2) has 2 bedrooms, sauna, heated pool, & outdoor kitchen. The lower home (#3) is new and modern, with 1 bedroom and a pool. A beach trail leads to a semi-private, rocky beach where you can kayak. For nature lovers, this is a beautiful property with lots of wildlife! (Keep your bananas locked up!) The beach trail is well-manicured, and the beach is rocky but beautiful. Lapa Villa #2 is the heart of the property, and the place to gather the group together. Whether to watch the wildlife or indulge in chef service or massages by the pool! Guest access The entire property is for use of our guests. We have a full time housekeeper, Arellys, as well as a great handyman / nature guide named Yader who can assist you as well. Other things to note NOTE: The owners are currently constructing a small guest house on the property, approximately halfway down the beach path. The site is not visible from the lower house, but there may be some light construction noise between 8am - 4pm Mon-Sat. Furthermore, the workers need to access the property via the main entrance, and will pass beneath the lower house when arriving and departing--not intruding on your privacy visually, but they may be heard briefly at 7am and then 4pm. We will do our best to ensure that the construction does not interfere with guests' enjoyment of the property but you will also pass by the site on the way down to the beach.

## Location and Nature

A well-maintained trail leads from the property to a semi-private rocky beach, ideal for kayaking. The surrounding rainforest creates a habitat rich in wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, toucans, scarlet macaws, and morpho butterflies. Guests are advised to securely store bananas to avoid attracting animals.

## Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property. The team includes a full-time housekeeper, Arellys, and a handyman/nature guide, Yader, who are available to assist during your stay.

## Additional Information

Currently, a small guest house is under construction about halfway down the beach path. While the site is not visible from the lower home, some light construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Workers access the property via the main entrance and pass beneath the lower home when arriving and leaving. Although this does not affect visual privacy, brief noise may be heard around 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Guests will pass the construction site on the way to the beach.

Efforts will be made to minimize any disruption to your stay.
