Beautiful homes. Plenty of room for 11 adults. Two top levels are like apartments with a shared pool and outdoor kitchen on 2nd level. Third level is a separate home with a heated pool. Just wonderful! Carli helpful and responsive. Juan, who was on premise, very helpful as well. Cleaning staff kept everything clean.

WOW! What a spectacular property! You feel like youre living in the jungle with the animals and nature. There are MANY steps so may not be a great option for people who cant or dont do a lot of physical movement. It was perfect for our entire family as each family could have their own space and then the outdoor kitchen area by the pool served as our main space where we could gather together. The walk down to the beach was like a true nature hike through the rainforest and you felt like you were alone. It was truly a magical place to stay. Also, the host Carli was very attentive and was always sending help if we needed it. We will definitely book again in the future.

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

Where to start - Lapa Villas was such a cool space. Very "eco" feeling, lots of plants and wildlife on the property, it felt like the "costa rica' experience right at the house. The property is expansive and has lots of stairs, but it had plenty of space for our family of 6. We could have easily had double the number of people and been comfortable. Aeriellus was the housekeeper who did so much for us without asking - kept the place clean, changed the sheets and towels daily, did our laundry (without asking!), she was so great. And Fabian was the groundskeeper - he took care of the property and helped us down the stairs to the beach with gear and all. and Carli was our concierge who arranged everything we needed - she was responsive and helpful. All in all, I can't say more positive things about Lapa Villas.

This place was magical. We saw all three local species of monkeys, sloth, toucan, macaws, etc. Our large group loved the open air kitchen and the covered pool. Lots of room for people to have privacy but also great spaces for socializing. The walk down to the private beach was also perfect. This may have been my favorite Airbnb of all time. It feels like you are in the jungle in a way. Saw more animals on the property than in the national park.

The house is truly spectacular! It was perfectly spacious for all the guests to enjoy and have their own space to relax. The house is so beautiful and offers many different levels of viewpoints. The semi-private beach is such a great added bonus and allows the house to feel like your own personal resort. There are quite a few steps down to the beach, but you can stop every once in a while, and enjoy the amazing views. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight of our stay, fully functional and right next to the pool. This made it the best place to spend time with everyone and made the experience there so special. So much wildlife lives near the house, so you're bound to see a monkey or two! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an ultimate Costa Rican experience.

Incredible!! Travelled with a group of 9 and the setup of this Airbnb gave us PLENTY of room. So close to beaches (the walk down to the private beach is lovely) and town. Can not say enough wonderful things about Winny, Arellys, and Oscar--so warm, friendly, and ever helpful!! Winny helped us with tours, chef services, and taxis. Communication with hosts was excellent! We loved the open air kitchen near the pool, it was a great hub for everyone. There are a lot of stairs so be warned if you have any difficulty climbing stairs. There are some 'resident' toucans up at the top house and plenty of monkey watching :) Truly a beautiful and special property.

He house is located on the top of the hills near the Main Street in Manuel Antonio There is parking for 4 cars in the garage The owner makes sure the property is very very clean There are two buildings which are ideal for two families or families traveling with children The swimming pool is indoors and under shade There are monkeys and raccoons, so be careful and don’t leave food or valuables outside the rooms/ storage The owner and housekeeping staff are very responsive and friendly Overall great value
