The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and offers:

Modern furnishings blend with tropical style throughout the villa. Relax in the lounge, gather around the dining table, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying a refreshing drink, watching the sunset, or dining outdoors with the barbecue.

Guests can play friendly matches on the shared tennis court before cooling off in the pool, which is surrounded by lush greenery. Whether you prefer relaxation or recreation, the villa offers a peaceful retreat near the beach.

For safety purposes, cameras are installed at the main entrance and on the rooftop where the pool is located.

Important Update

As of September 25, 2026, Playa del Carmen is in the rainy season and has recently experienced a strong tropical storm. As a result, some areas of Playacar have flooding and a sewage smell.

These conditions are outdoors and do not affect the interior of the property. However, we cannot resolve the situation ourselves and must wait for the water to subside and the authorities to address the issue.

Refunds cannot be provided for subjective reasons, including smells or perceived cleanliness.

Guest Access

The villa is located within an exclusive complex. The administration requires identification for all guests in advance to arrange access.

After booking, please send identification for every guest at least two days before arrival. Providing this information promptly helps prevent access issues and delays.

Additional Information

• Once a reservation is confirmed, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced.
• Check-in begins at 5:00 p.m.
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Early check-in may be available upon request, depending on availability.
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
• Full housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee of $1,800 pesos per day.
• One towel per person is provided for each stay.
• Additional towels, pillows, or blankets are available upon request.
• Laundry service is available for an additional fee based on the amount of laundry. Please request this service at least 24 hours in advance.
• Beds in three bedrooms can be arranged as either one king bed or two twin beds. Please provide your preference in advance.
