The Space
This idyllic Mediterranean-style home is intentionally designed without a modern, trendy aesthetic. Its open-concept layout extends the living area outdoors, connecting it to a comfortable bar and a bright, inviting kitchen.
There is no television, but board games are provided so you can disconnect from everyday life. Spend your time hiking, surfing, skating at the skate park, visiting the beach, dining out, or watching howler monkeys from the terrace.
The terrace features a comfortable couch and three fans to keep the air moving and provide a pleasant breeze.
- Two bedrooms have direct access to the kitchen.
- Each bedroom has two private bathrooms.
- Both bedrooms offer views of the pool or the beautiful garden and terrace.
At the front of the house, a small sitting area provides a quiet place to relax and read.

Guests have access to all areas of the property, including:

The only restricted area is the tool room, marked by a white door near the pool.
Parking is available for two cars, or a maximum of three depending on their size.
Additional Information
The pool attendant and gardener arrive early at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. He is very friendly and typically works for about one hour.
Depending on the season, it can be somewhat windy, and leaves or seeds from the Guanacaste tree on the property may fall into the pool. We work to keep both the pool and the trees clean for you.

This Airbnb is one of my top stays with children. Sebastian had everything for families traveling with toddlers and babies. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The backyard oasis was amazing, full of toys, and entertainment. This stay is walking distance to a pristine beach and many great restaurants and shops. Sebastian is a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again.

Sebastian’s home was exactly like the pictures & even more beautiful & private in person! I felt very safe during my stay, everything was clean & exactly as described. Kitchen has everything you need! Beach is about a 10 minute walk, a lot of amazing restaurants all within walking distance as well. We saw so many different birds, iguanas & monkeys! The most beautiful location. The locals were super helpful & willing to help with excursions & exploring. Thankyou so much Sebastian! Can’t wait to come again!

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful home and it felt perfect for the occasion. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we were near all the beaches, we had many restaurants which Sebastian recommended which were near the home and many of them were walkable. Beautiful views within the home and outside of the home, everything looks as pictured, and there are many places to relax. I would definitely recommend it if you’re traveling to the area. Sebastian is super responsive and super helpful when it comes to needing any help or suggestions. 10/10 stay.

What a beautiful place in Playa Grande! I’m almost sure it’s one of the best places you can find in that area. Sebastian was really helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. All the details were thoughtful, including plenty of towels and beach chairs for us to pack for our adventures. The backyard is the most beautiful part. It felt like our own personal forest with all the greenery and birds that stopped to visit. Definitely recommend!

We had an exceptionally wonderful time at Sebastian's summer house. The covered patio is wonderful at any time of day. We cooked a lot in the well-equipped kitchen. The beach is beautiful and wide, and the atmosphere in the evening is very special. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the small, well-stocked supermarket 100 meters from the house has everything you need. Sebastian took very good care of us and was really nice. A must for surfers to come here. We 100% recommend the place!

We enjoyed the Pura Vida accommodation. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a mini grocery store. Sebastian is an attentive host and communicates quickly and efficiently with us. He cares about our well-being. The place is very clean and well-equipped. The pool is maintained daily (or almost). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and go back. We had 9 great days with 4 adults and were never disturbed. Tranquility and well-being are at the rendezvous. PURA VIDA.
