Villa E10 Ocean Magic

Ocean Magic in Rivas is a nice, relaxing spot. We loved watching a family of howler monkeys eat fruit from the tree right by the swimming pool, bats coming through the trees, and a friendly raccoon. Stock up on food before you arrive—prices inside Iguana are much higher. That’s my only suggestion.

Excellent stay, well hosted by Norman, who was always very attentive to our needs.

The location is excellent, the neighborhood is perfect, quiet, with no noise from neighbors. The house is very well equipped, and the pool area is our favorite every day.

Some recommendations I would make for the owners/host

1. The noise from the pool filter can be annoying. It is on every day from 7 am to 3 pm, and having breakfast on the porch or lunch with the noise is not the most comfortable.

2. The toaster needs an upgrade. The internal burners don't work

3. Some kitchen items are missing. Forks and knives are scarce

Apart from this, a luxurious stay. We will definitely come back next year.

Beautiful house & really enjoyed the pool! My two daughters and I rented small motorcycles which made rides to the beach and restaurants very fun!

We enjoyed the pool very much! It was a little uncomfortable with the cameras pointing on the pool deck though. Overall a great stay.

Excellent spot and host

Lovely house on the golf course in a very quiet area.

The pool is great for small children; house is clean and comfortable. The house has solar panels that power the entire house except the AC, quite helpful because there was no electricity for an entire day due to the Costanera road works. There are no comforters, just bed sheets; it can get a little cold during the night. Other than that, it’s a great house!

What an incredible stay! Beautiful community with everything you need and a home perfect for families and fun. Norman was an incredible host who was so helpful with local recommendations and helping us with booking tours to ensure we got to enjoy all the area has to offer. Norman was the icing on the cake.

Hacienda Iguana is always an excellent destination, whether in winter or summer. The house is impeccable. We'll be back some day.

Amazing home to stay at. Private, clean, fits the right amount of people, and can be pet-friendly. Definitely an awesome space to visit with family or friends if you love Iguana. The host is also very easy to communicate with and made our stay even better. We’ll be back!

Everything is very good

Absolutely loved our stay at this house in Hacienda Iguana! The place was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Our host was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back
