Important Details and House Rules

• The minimum rental age is 25.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking indoors is prohibited.
• Private parking is included.
• Guests must provide a passport or photo identification to verify that the person who made the reservation is the person checking in.
• A rental agreement must be completed and signed before check-in.
• A refundable security deposit of $150 USD is required.
• The pet fee is $100 USD per pet.
• Guests may not enter the pool wearing regular clothing; swimsuits must be worn at all times.
• The property and community are secured with exterior cameras, a Ring camera, and a Ring doorbell.

Construction Notice

Construction is currently taking place within the Tramonti gated community as the neighboring building is being completed. Workers and construction noise may be present from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. A reduced rate is offered to account for this temporary inconvenience.
