Once your reservation is confirmed, a dedicated villa concierge will assist you throughout your stay. Our concierge team is available at no extra charge and has strong local connections to secure premium reservations and services.

For special occasions, we can arrange decorations, custom cakes, mariachi bands, DJs, and more. If you prefer a relaxing retreat, private chefs, bartenders, massages, yoga, and fitness classes can be organized in the comfort of your villa.

We also provide assistance with transportation, restaurant bookings, tours, bike rentals, golf cart and ATV rentals, yacht charters, professional photography, and other personalized services to enhance your experience.

Important Notes

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the villa does not have a generator, it maintains a 10,000-liter water reserve.
• Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa. Please avoid harming them. Leaving food exposed may attract them.
• The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. Additional cleanings during your stay are available upon request and subject to availability, with extra charges.
• For stays of seven days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can also be arranged.
• Pool cleaning occurs daily for approximately 20 minutes between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You may request to skip a day for privacy.
• The waterfall runs with the pool pump daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After-hours operation is available upon request.
